We have had a little quiet spell busying ourselves with admin and scheming, but now we are back united and ready for our new project: 12 Million Volts! This show is about the life and inventions of Nikola Tesla: a scientist, visionary and all round interesting man. Lists have been written, books have been read, documentaries watched and we are now only a few days away from sunny (hopefully) Lyme Regis and working at the Marine theatre. We are all very excited!
We are very lucky to be doing "R&D By The Sea" with Marine Theatre in Lyme Regis, who are supporting the project and premiering the show in June. For this show we also have a new(ish) performer on board: Gordon Millar who helped us devise The Mission and performed in the Les Enfants Terribles award showcase. This charming chap has worked with The Vaults, Z-Arts and The New Wolsey Theatre and we are all very pleased to have him on board for the project.
We don’t want to give too much away about the upcoming project, but keep an eye on Twitter and Facebook for snippets from the show! We also have two R&D sharings at Marine Theatre on the 7th and 28th of April if you happen to be in the area; there are still some spaces left on our devising, puppetry and physical workshops there too. Have a look on our workshop page for more information!
